Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your session at any time, however no refund will be given through the club. If you are able to find a replacement for your space or it is taken by someone on the waitlist, you must agree payment for the session between yourselves. If you are unable to find someone to take your spot, please let us know so we can offer it for free, to avoid empty court space/odd numbers. You may reschedule your session up to 7 days beforehand; thereafter it will be classed as a cancellation and you must adhere to the cancellation policy outlined above.
